Curriculum Building Administrator – Greenwich, CT
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and academically driven Curriculum Building Administrator to join Fundamenta Prep’s expanding academic team. This role is ideal for an education professional with experience designing and implementing rigorous, high-quality academic programs in collaboration with publishers and independent schools.
The Curriculum Building Administrator will oversee the development and curation of educational materials in mathematics, verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, and writing/language arts—ensuring alignment with Fundamenta Prep’s academic standards and the needs of independent study students. This includes building relationships with leading publishers (Pearson, McGraw Hill, Princeton Review, Cambridge University Press, Barron’s, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt) and coordinating with school administrators in the Greenwich, Connecticut area to provide tailored academic solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, refine, and maintain Fundamenta Prep’s curriculum in collaboration with instructors and academic directors.
Work directly with top academic publishers to source and license high-quality materials.
Align curriculum to standardized tests (SAT, ACT, ISEE, SSAT, AP, and IB programs) and independent school academic requirements.
Develop pacing guides, assessment tools, and enrichment activities to challenge advanced learners.
Collaborate with independent schools to integrate Fundamenta Prep resources into their academic offerings.
Train and support instructors on curriculum delivery and instructional best practices.
Monitor student outcomes and adjust materials to meet evolving academic goals.
Qualifications
Ivy League graduate or equivalent academic pedigree strongly preferred.
3–5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic program management.
Familiarity with independent school standards, AP courses, and competitive test preparation.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationships or experience working with leading academic publishers.
Demonstrated ability to design materials that challenge and engage advanced students.
Experience collaborating with educators, school administrators, and academic teams.

Test Prep Administrator – New York, NY
Fundamenta Prep is seeking exceptional tutors to join our New York City team. We welcome individuals who are ambitious, motivated, and deeply passionate about helping students excel in reading, writing, and critical thinking. Our highly regarded program, supported by the Fundamenta Instructors’ Manual, prepares students for the reading and writing sections of the SAT, ACT, ISEE, SSAT, and other standardized tests, as well as for crafting compelling academic essays.
We value instructors who are intelligent, personable, and inspiring mentors—professionals who can challenge students academically while fostering confidence and mastery. You will receive strong support from our Regional Academic Director and Fundamenta Prep’s dedicated staff. Hours are flexible and scheduled according to student availability.
Requirements for Elite-Level Tutors
To work with our highest-level clients, candidates must submit official scores demonstrating:
SAT: Minimum combined score of 1500 across two sections, or
ACT: Minimum composite score of 34, or
LSAT, MCAT, or GMAT: Top 2% percentile nationally
Tutors without these scores may still be considered if they can demonstrate clarity, enthusiasm, empathy, and deep subject mastery in a simulated teaching session.
Qualifications

SAT Verbal: Minimum score of 750
ACT English Composite: Minimum score of 34
Top 2% percentile on LSAT, MCAT, GRE, or GMAT (if applicable)
Experience teaching AP English and AP History courses
3–5 years of tutoring experience with proven results
